LCAP provides financial assistance to anyone experiencing a crisis in the 27023 area code. Two forms of proof of residence are required. If you live outside of 27023, you may contact Crisis Control Ministry at 336-724-7453.

 

Food assistance is available for residents of Lewisville and those who live in the area of Pfafftown that was annexed into Lewisville. Proof of residence is required.
